1-1/2 cups each: brown sugar, catsup
1/2 cup each: red wine vinegar, water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire® sauce
2-1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. each: paprika, salt
1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste
In blender, combine brown sugar, catsup, vinegar, water, Worcestershire®. Season with mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce.
Blend until smooth.
